Cleanairtech Sudamérica SA has selected Abengoa to develop a desalinated water pipeline for the mining industry in the Copiapóvalley in northern Chile.

The US$65 million project,which should be operational in December 2013,will enable water to be transported from the desalination plant located north of Caldera city until it reaches two end distribution points.
