Bright lubricant

Its appearance is transparent,coloress or faint yellow &viscous liquid,and it can be dissolved in many kinds of organic solvent,having fine  performance of resistance to chemicals, optothermal stability,and electrical specifications.

It applies to polyolefin,EVA,SBS,rubber and so on.

It has the following effects on pvc cable materials:

(1) it has the synthetic action of lubricant, brightening agent,dispersant,and plasticizer.

(2) It promotes plastify,lowers prill temperature,reduces power consumption, and raises level loading.

(3) It can modify the exterior features of pvc electrical wire and cable,making surface of it smooth and bright(If you have exterior quality problem of products,which is resulted by evaluated stuffing,it could be improved for you ).

(4) It has excellent characteristic of electric insulativity,and its mass resistivity is up to 1×1014（Ω·cm/20℃）,can evaluate electric insulativity of pvc electrical wire and cable.

(5) It has better intermiscibility to liquid stabilizer,can stop the separate-out of metal soapgraining during additive processing,and improves the thermal stability of pvc electrical wire and cable.

(6) It promotes the disperse of pigment,makes material uniform,and reduces pigment costs.

Use-method:You can add V-276 by 0.5-1.5kg into 100kg of pvc electrical wire and cable,reducing the use level of plasticizers properly.

Package:200kg/drum(or according to your special requirement).
