Working principle 

Materials are sent by a feeding system into the self-shunt classification area for the first-time classification, then most of the coarse particles are separated, fine powder coupled with a small amount of coarse particles is carried by the rising flow area into the turbine classification area for a second classification, the fine powder is collected into the trap through a classification wheel, and the coarse particles are discharged from the classifier discharge valve.

FJD multilevel classifier is a closed loop system by connecting FJB classifier machines in series, and it can classify powder into several granularity segments of products at the same time.
