Wavetec, a company specialized in cutting-edge technology LED displays for a variety of sectors, has published some of the solutions provided in the city of Santiago de Chile.

In this South American capital, Wavetec faced a number of important technological challenges since many of the areas where the solutions would be set up required high definition, and also curved screens in order to fit the existing architectural features of the building.

Such was the case at Santiago Stock Exchange building. With the aims of modernising the prestigious boardroom and of enhancing communication with entities and investors, the incorporation of a high quality, digital screen that would broadcast colour and high definition images was demanded. The curved surface of the available area called for a curved and customised screen that would perfectly fit the space, which was a task carried out by Wavetec.

Santiago Stock Exchange's priority lay in finding a solution for displaying reliable information since the screen would be on during all of the business day. Indeed, the screen had to merge smoothly with the curved architectural feature of the building where it would be placed. The ultimate goal of this requirement was that of reinforcing the perception of modernity and to place the institution among the stock exchanges with the most innovative and advanced displays in the world.
